Day 1

This is a highly interactive day using games, exercises, case studies and upfront teaching to guide the delegate through an experience where they start with the why then develop an understanding of the who, the what and the how. The morning exposes the steps that maximise the chance of success. The afternoon leverages these, via a high tempo exercise, to demonstrate how a project might work in the real world where millions of dollars are at stake.

Day 2

This gets under the bonnet a little more to ensure that you have all the right resources in place and efficiently deployed to maximize the value for money. It exposes the secrets of making sure that the tech team and the business team sing from the same hymn sheet and how you cope with an ever changing understanding of the customer’s needs (expressed and unexpressed) and while still delivering on a vision and to a budget.

Day 3

This day focuses on how you bring a technology solution to market in the optimum way. Launching the technology is never the “beginning of the end”, it is merely the “end of the beginning”. Sometimes you have to create a market, to maximise social media and cope with the ever changing technology environment involving new devices, new browsers, new operating systems, new social media. It helps you explore what the lifecycle of the solution is likely to be and where to ‘place your bets’ of your limited budget to maximise success.
